I know it seems as if I have been MIA from my blog, but that is only because I have not had a moment to spare here lately. I haven't even been able to check my facebook (GASP!), read a book, or the blogs I love. So, what has been keeping me so busy? We got a new house! AND in the same time I had event after event pop up such as a business to trip to New York, where I was granted more hours for work (a financial blessing), I had a separate trip to Alabama to Church of the Highlands, where my husband and I were trained on how to lead volunteers at our church and place people in ministry where they are gifted, my daughter had a birthday party, I took a trip down to Georgia to visit my family, while in Georgia I went to a woman's event with my mom, sister, and grandmother where I got to meet the Flylady! Kids started back at school, and our daughter Skylar started soccer. Then in the mist of all of that we still had to find time to unpack into the new house and work on projects such as putting together a playground set in our backyard, install an underground fence for my dog, and try to get this new house organized. Whew! Anytime for myself? Yeah right! Any spare time that I do have goes straight to the endless amounts of projects we need to work on for the house, which I am so very grateful for! Only once have I found a brief moment to use my new jacuzzi style bathtub, and it was oh so nice! Things are finally starting to calm down a bit, and I am finally balancing my time and making it work for our family, and finding a little time for myself for my own sanity (a happy healthy me, a happy healthy family).
Here are just a few pictures from my busy month and a half:

As you can see I have been busy! I plan on sharing more pictures in my wordless Wednesdays.
Now that I'm finally back into the groove of things with my daily and weekly schedule, I think I'm also going to get back into my me time, which means picking up a book, catching up on some blogs, and doing a little blogging myself.
By the way I hope that the ladies who received their jewelry are enjoying their Chunky Junk. There will be another giveaway in the coming future.
God bless!

Wow! That does sound like a busy summer, but so exciting. Much of your story sounds wonderful, but I have to admit that I think it's extra cool you got to meet the Flylady. Love that site!
